Cancellation and rescheduling rules

Check the notice required for classes, private lessons, dog walks, recurring care, and overnight house sitting.

Notice windows by service

Classes and private sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice when space allows.
One-off walks need at least 24 hours notice for full credit.
Overnight house sitting may require longer notice, a deposit, and a higher holiday rate when the calendar is tight.
Recurring care changes must work with the approved address and household schedule.
