Paws N' Reflect collects the contact, booking, pet, and checkout details needed to answer requests, confirm whether service is available, schedule appointments, and maintain client records.
Website payments are processed through Stripe. Booking and operations data may be stored through secure business tools used to manage scheduling, checkout, and approved staff workflows. Paws N' Reflect does not publish your private booking details on the public site.
Public pages may use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure visits, service selections, contact actions, booking requests, and completed purchases. Campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers may be retained with a request so the team can understand which outreach led to a booking. Advertising storage and ad personalization are disabled by default in the site's measurement layer. Browser privacy controls, content blockers, and cookie settings may also limit analytics collection without preventing you from reviewing services or sending a booking request.
