These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, services, training programs, classes, and communications provided by Florida Paws N' Reflect, LLC ("Paws N' Reflect", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, contacting us, or participating in any services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services are offered exclusively within the State of Florida.

Services Offered

Florida Paws N' Reflect, LLC provides dog agility training, instruction, classes, and related services. Participation in any service is voluntary and subject to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years of age or have a parent or legal guardian consent on their behalf. Dogs must be healthy, properly vaccinated, and suitable for group or individual training environments.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog or handler for safety, behavioral, or health reasons.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and current contact information
   
• Ensure their dog is physically healthy and free of contagious illness
   
• Maintain control of their dog at all times
   
• Follow all safety rules, training instructions, and facility guidelines
   
• Use proper equipment as instructed by trainers
   

Failure to comply may result in removal from a class or termination of services without refund.

Assumption of Risk

Dog training and agility activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury to dogs, handlers, spectators, or property.

By participating, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with dog agility training and agree that participation is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Florida Paws N' Reflect, LLC shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from participation in services, including but not limited to injuries to dogs, handlers, or third parties.

Clients agree to hold harmless and indemnify Florida Paws N' Reflect, LLC from any claims resulting from their participation or their dog’s actions.

Payments and Cancellations

Payment is required prior to participation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Missed sessions, late arrivals, or early departures are not eligible for refunds unless explicitly stated.

Cancellation policies may vary by service and will be communicated at the time of booking.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific training results or outcomes. Dog behavior and performance vary based on many factors, including consistency, environment, and handler participation.

Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, text, images, and materials are the property of Florida Paws N' Reflect, LLC and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

Communications

By contacting us or participating in services, you consent to receive service-related communications via email, phone, or text. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

Third-Party Platforms

We may use third-party platforms for scheduling, payment processing, or communication. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of those platforms.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services at our discretion for violations of these Terms, safety concerns, or inappropriate behavior, without refund.
